(1) Basic requirements
1. Recommended working fluid: YA-N46 in summer, YA-N32 hydraulic oil in winter, or machine oil with corresponding viscosity (kinematic viscosity 30 centistokes to 40 centistokes at 50 ° C).
2. The oil temperature shall be between 5 ° C and 65 ° C during operation to avoid accelerated aging of seals.
3. The hydraulic oil shall be clean, and the oil pollution index shall be in the national standard 19/16.
(2) Packaging, storage and transportation
one Oil cylinder manufacturer Hydraulic cylinder Corresponding packaging shall be added during storage and transportation, and protective devices shall be added to the junction surface of the oil port and the exposed part of the piston rod.
2. It shall be firmly fixed during storage and transportation to prevent collision.
3. When lifting, it shall be fastened firmly to avoid falling.
(3) Disassembly and assembly of hydraulic cylinder
1. Before disassembling the hydraulic cylinder, the oil pressure in the hydraulic cylinder circuit should be reduced to zero.
2. Avoid damaging parts of hydraulic cylinder during disassembly.
3. As the specific structure of the hydraulic cylinder is different, and the disassembly sequence is also different, it should be judged according to the specific situation.
For the flange connection type, the flange connection screws shall be removed first, and the end cover shall be pushed out with screws. It is not allowed to pry or hammer hard to avoid damage.
For internal bayonet connection, special tools shall be used to push the guide sleeve inward. After the bayonet is exposed, the bayonet shall be taken out and the bayonet groove shall be filled with nylon or rubber materials before being removed.
Screw off the screw gland of screw connection oil cylinder first.
When removing the piston rod and piston, the piston rod assembly cannot be pulled out from the cylinder barrel. Try to keep the axis of the piston rod assembly and cylinder barrel pulled out slowly in the same line.
4. After the parts are removed for inspection, the parts should be stored in a clean environment, and the isolation device to prevent collision should be installed. Before reassembly, the parts should be cleaned.
(4) Requirements for working environment
1. In the rain and wind environment, the surface of the hydraulic cylinder shall be subject to rust prevention treatment.
2. When working in high temperature environment, heat insulation device shall be set around the hydraulic cylinder.
4. In dusty working environment, dust prevention facilities shall be installed outside the hydraulic cylinder.
