1. Check the oil level in the oil tank frequently to keep enough oil.  

2. During the operation, the oil will be lost, and new oil of the same specification must be replenished in time.  

3. Even when the oil level is low, the oil suction pipe 1:3 and the oil return pipe orifice should be kept below the oil level.  

4. Seals with good performance and invalid sealing devices shall be replaced in time, and the screws at pipe joints and joint surfaces shall be tightened.  

5. In use, try to prevent the pressure in the system from being lower than atmospheric pressure or forming local vacuum.  

6、 Hydraulic system It is inevitable that air enters the cylinder. In order to exhaust air, some oil cylinders are equipped with exhaust valves on their upper parts. Before the machine is started, the exhaust valve should be opened to make the cylinder reciprocate several times in a large range of travel to eliminate the air in the system.  

7. After changing the oil in the oil tank, start the machine to circulate several times to remove the air in the system.
