The hydraulic valve is an automatic component operated by pressure oil. It is usually used in combination with the electromagnetic pressure distribution valve to control the oil, gas and water pipeline systems of the power station remotely. It is commonly used for clamping, control, lubrication and other oil circuits. There are direct action type and pilot type, commonly used pilot type.

In hydraulic transmission, the element used to control the flow, pressure and direction of liquid. Among them, the one that controls pressure is called pressure control valve, the one that controls flow is called flow control valve, and the one that controls on/off and flow direction is called direction control valve.

Solenoid valve

Warning: Do not use the power supply exceeding the voltage standard for the solenoid valve

Note: The solenoid valve cannot be used when the switching frequency is too high

DANGER: Except for specified products, it is prohibited to use solenoid valves in flammable or explosive environments

Warning: Do not connect the wiring when the power is on or when the valve and hydraulic circuit are pressurized

Note: 1) The solenoid valve is sometimes at high temperature, and it is forbidden to touch the surface of the valve with hands

2) Use wiring types and specifications suitable for product requirements

3) Connect a suitable ground wire at the designated ground terminal

4) The two-way solenoid valve cannot be energized at the same time

5) When the AC solenoid valve is used (except for the rectifier valve), the solenoid valve coil will be stuck (or the wiring will be rated) when the fault occurs, such as foreign matter blocking the valve plug. The solenoid valve coil body is molded with fireproof plastic, so it usually does not catch fire. However, if the coil holder has been used for a long time, there may be a risk of fire. Therefore, it is recommended to use DC electric valve to ensure safety in many occasions where there is a risk of fire due to the accumulation of combustibles.

Installation and removal

Note: 1) Do not remove the upper cover of the valve port before use (assembly and piping) to avoid dust entering the valve body during piping operation or installation.

2) When the valve is displaced, the valve port flash mounting surface and piping surface shall be covered to prevent foreign matters from entering. Do not remove the cover before reinstallation.

3) Before filling hydraulic oil, confirm that the type and cleanliness of hydraulic oil are qualified.

4) Before being put into operation or used for a long time after long-term use, valves with manual structure shall be confirmed to be normal in manual operation or manual setting.

5) The loose nuts of the valve should be locked after installation. If covers are attached, install them on the valve port.

6) Do not use the valve as a cushion, or the hydraulic valve will be damaged.

7) Do not apply external force to the valve, such as hammering or falling.

8) Carefully wire and handle connectors, and do not use brute force operation.

9) When it is necessary to disassemble the piping and valve body, be careful of the residual pressure in the hydraulic circuit, and confirm that the pressure is completely eliminated before disassembling. Otherwise, oil injection may cause personal injury. In case of contact with high-pressure oil or oil penetrating into the skin, go to the hospital immediately.

10) Overhaul of hydraulic valves shall be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's technical manual. Overhaul of valves prohibited from overhaul shall not be carried out.

11) When installing or recovering the hydraulic valve, use a new seal or O-ring.

12) The oil, dust or wet matter around the valve shall be removed before inspection, adjustment and overhaul to prevent foreign matters from entering the valve or connecting pipe.

13) First operation after installation Hydraulic system After inspection, adjustment and maintenance, and when the system is used again after a long time of shutdown, please confirm that the hydraulic oil is filled to the specified oil level, and do the following work: drain the gas in the circuit, check the oil leakage and seasonal operation.
