Dynamic damping, as the name implies, is the damping set to improve dynamic performance. It usually works only in dynamic (transient) conditions, and has at least three functions:
1、 Shock absorption
For example, the main valve core cavity of the pilot relief valve is equipped with dynamic damping, which can reduce the vibration in the dynamic process. The greater the vibration, the stronger the damping effect. However, when the vibration is small, the damping effect is almost zero. Setting this damping has a great impact on the closing time of the valve core, so the shock absorption and response time should be comprehensively considered.
2、 Delay actuator action time
For example, for the main reversing stage of the pilot reversing valve, the setting of damping can make the reversing smooth without affecting the steady-state performance. This damping and the spring chamber constitute a first-order inertial link. The turning frequency is generally higher than the natural frequency of the second-order oscillation link of the valve core, which determines the frequency response of the reversing valve. In fact, it is the inlet and outlet throttling speed regulation model of valve controlled cylinder.
3、 Interstage dynamic pressure feedback of hydraulic control
The pilot stage of the direct pressure comparison type pilot relief valve is equipped with dynamic pressure damping, which is to improve the dynamic process and increase the speed damping coefficient, and to form an inter stage dynamic pressure feedback, which is a realization form of feedback.
