3. During assembly, ensure that the deviation of the piston rod top end shall be consistent with the deviation of the cylinder head, earrings (or central hinge shaft), and ensure the straightness of all piston rods during the advance and retreat process to prevent the appearance of rigid disturbance and unnecessary damage.

4. After the hydraulic cylinder is installed on the main engine, first check whether there is oil leakage at the oil port piping part and the guide sleeve, and oil should be added to the ear ornaments and the central hinge bearing.        

5. If the hydraulic cylinder needs to be disassembled due to oil leakage and other problems, use hydraulic pressure to move the position of the piston to any end position of the cylinder barrel. During disassembly, only improper knocking and sudden dropping should be controlled.        

6. Before disassembling, loosen the overflow valve to make the pressure of the hydraulic circuit drop to zero, then cut off the power supply to make the hydraulic assembly stop running, and after loosening the oil port piping, plug the oil port with an oil plug.        

7. The hydraulic oil cylinder cannot be used as an electrode for grounding to avoid electric shock to the piston rod.
