1. Leakage

Leakage refers to the leakage of fuel, lubricating oil (or gear oil), brake fluid (or compressed air) and power steering system oil of the automobile engine. This is also an obvious fault symptom, which can be found by careful observation. For example, when compressed air leaks, the sound of air leakage can be heard clearly.

2. Excessive fuel and lubrication consumption

The excessive consumption of fuel and lubricating oil indicates that the technical condition of the vehicle has deteriorated and a fault has occurred.

3. Special smell

When the car is running, if there are brake drag, clutch slip and other faults, it will emit the burning smell of friction plate; When the engine overheats and the lubricating oil burns through the cylinder, it will emit a special smell; When the circuit is short circuited or the grounding wire is burned, there will also be a burning smell.

4. Abnormal car appearance

When the car is parked on a flat ground, check the appearance. If there is lateral or longitudinal deflection, it is an abnormal appearance. Most of the reasons are failures of the frame, body, suspension, tires, etc., which will lead to unstable direction, deviation, center of gravity shift, wheel "eating" and other failures when driving.

The so-called working condition mutation refers to the sudden abnormal phenomenon of the working condition of the car, which is a common fault symptom. For example, it is difficult or even impossible to start the engine after suddenly stalling; The power of the engine suddenly decreases when driving, and the driving is weak; Sudden brake failure, deviation or even failure during driving. The symptom of this fault is obvious, so it is easy to detect.

6. Abnormal sound

The abnormal sound of a car during driving is the "alarm" for car faults. The driver should be aware that the car has a problem and should stop immediately for inspection. Do not let the car "work with illness".

7. Abnormal exhaust smoke

During engine operation, the main components of normal combustion products should be carbon dioxide and a small amount of water vapor. If the engine combustion is abnormal, the exhaust gas will be mixed with incomplete combustion carbon particles, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and a large amount of water vapor. In addition, there are nitrogen oxides, etc. At this time, the color of the tail gas may become black, blue or white, which means that the exhaust smoke color is abnormal. For gasoline engines, there should be no obvious smoke in the normal exhaust. However, when the lubricating oil moves up the cylinder, the exhaust gas is blue; When the combustion is incomplete, the tail gas is black, and when the oil is mixed with water, the tail gas is white.

8. Overheating high temperature

It usually appears on the engine, transmission, drive axle main reducer, differential, brake and other assemblies. For example, if the engine is overheated, it is mostly due to a problem in the cooling system. It is lack of coolant or the pump does not work; Overheating of transmission and drive axle is mostly caused by lack of lubricating oil; Brake overheating is mostly caused by brake shoe not returning. The above phenomenon can sometimes be directly reflected by the warning light on the instrument panel. The driver needs to pay attention to the observation when driving, and can also test the appearance temperature by hand.

When using the suction truck, if the above situations occur, we need to overhaul the suction truck to achieve good performance.

The following fifteen points should be paid attention to when maintaining the suction truck:

1、 Oil cylinder manufacturer Check whether the vacuum pump pipeline and separation part are loose. Turn the vacuum pump by hand to see if it is sensitive.

2. Fill the bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, check that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil pointer, and the lubricating oil should be changed or supplemented in time.    

3. Unscrew the water diversion plug of the vacuum pump body, and inject water (or slurry).    

4. Close the gate valve and outlet of the water outlet pipeline Pressure gauge And imported vacuum gauge.   

5. Inch the motor to see whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct.    

6. Start the motor. When the vacuum pump is in normal operation, turn over the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump, and gradually turn over the gate valve and check the load of the motor after it shows proper pressure.

7. Try to control the flow and lift of the vacuum pump within the range indicated on the label, so as to ensure that the vacuum pump operates at the high efficiency point, and then achieve great energy-saving effect.   

8. During the operation of the vacuum pump of Hubei Chusheng sewage suction truck and manure suction truck, the bearing temperature shall not exceed the ambient temperature by 35C, and the high temperature shall not exceed 80C.    

9. If the vacuum pump is found to have abnormal sound, stop immediately to check the cause.   

10. When the vacuum pump of the sewage suction truck and the manure suction truck needs to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.   

11. The vacuum pumps of sewage suction vehicles and manure suction vehicles shall be changed into smooth oil after 100 hours of operation within one month, and the oil shall be changed every 500 hours thereafter.

12. Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure that the leakage in the packing chamber is normal (it is better to leak in drops).    

13. Regularly check the wear condition of the shaft sleeve, and timely replace it if it is severely worn.  

14. When the vacuum pump is used in cold winter, it is necessary to unscrew the drain plug at the lower part of the pump body to drain the medium after shutdown. Avoid frost cracking.  

15. If the vacuum pump is out of service for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble all the pumps, wipe off the moisture, coat the rotating parts and separation parts with grease, and install them properly.
