Hydraulic system The operator should master the working principle of the system, be familiar with the operating methods and key points when using, and be familiar with the role of each regulating device, the relationship between the rotation direction and the change of the pressure and flow to be adjusted, so as to prevent accidents caused by reverse adjustment.

Before starting the hydraulic system, it is necessary to check whether the regulating devices and handles on the system have been moved by irrelevant personnel, and whether the positions of the electrical switch and travel switch are normal. Check the oil temperature before starting. If the oil temperature is lower than 10 ℃, the system can be heated during no-load operation. If the room temperature is below 0 ℃ and the hydraulic oil condenses, heating measures should be taken before starting.

During the operation of the hydraulic system, attention should be paid to the height and temperature rise of the oil level at any time. Generally, the operating temperature of the oil is 35 ℃~55 ℃. The hydraulic oil shall be checked and replaced regularly to keep the oil clean. For the equipment newly put into use, the oil tank shall be cleaned and the oil shall be renewed after being used for about one month. In the future, depending on the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, clean and replace the oil every other year or at the intervals required by the manual.

During the use of the hydraulic system, attention should be paid to the working condition of its filter. Its filter element should be cleaned or replaced regularly to prevent impurities from entering the oil tank. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it shall be sealed as required.
