During assembly, the threads at the top of the piston rod, the threads at the oil port, the surface of the piston rod and the inner wall of the cylinder liner shall be protected against damage. In order to resist the straightness or deformation of slender parts such as piston rod, skids shall be used for supporting balance during arrangement.
The disassembly shall be carried out in reverse order. As the layout and size of various non-standard hydraulic cylinders are not fully communicated, the assembly steps are slightly different. Generally, the oil in the two chambers of the oil cylinder should be drained, and then the cylinder head should be assembled backward, and finally the piston and piston rod should be assembled. When assembling the cylinder head of non-standard hydraulic cylinder, special tools shall be used for the internal bayonet key or snap ring to prevent the use of flat shovel; Flange end caps must be pushed out with screws, and hammering or hard prying is not allowed. When it is difficult to pull out the piston and piston rod, do not pull them out by force. Find out the reason first and then assemble them.
