Oil cylinder manufacturer Hydraulic system Pipeline installation principle
Hydraulic pipeline installation is a major project of hydraulic system equipment installation. The quality of pipeline installation is one of the keys to the normal working performance of the hydraulic system.
1. During pipe layout design and piping, the components, hydraulic components, pipe joints and flanges to be connected shall be considered comprehensively according to the hydraulic schematic diagram.
2. The pipe materials used must have clear original basis materials, and pipes with unknown materials are not allowed to be used.
3. The hydraulic system pipe with a diameter of less than 50mm can be cut with a grinding wheel cutter. Pipes with a diameter of more than 50mm shall generally be cut by machining. If gas cutting is used, the organization change caused by gas cutting must be removed by machining method, and the welding groove can be turned out at the same time. Except for the oil return pipe, the pressure is not allowed to be cut by the roller type extrusion cutter. The pipe cutting surface must be flat and free of burrs, scale, slag, etc. The cut surface shall be perpendicular to the pipe axis.
4. Cold bending method can be used for pipes with outer diameter less than 30mm. Cold bending or hot bending can be used when the outer diameter of the pipe is 30~50mm. When the outer diameter of the pipe is greater than 50mm, the hot bending method is generally adopted.
5. When butt welding is adopted for hydraulic pipes, the inner wall of the weld must be 0.3~0.5mm higher than the pipe. Concave into the inner wall is not allowed. After welding, use a file or portable grinding wheel to smooth the higher weld in the inner wall. Remove welding slag and burr to a smooth degree.
6. Wind, rain and snow shall be prevented during the whole welding process. After pipe welding, welds with wall thickness less than or equal to 5mm shall be naturally cooled at room temperature, and forced cooling by strong wind or water spraying is not allowed.
